Daily Exercises for Life

Having trouble getting to the gym?  This should not prevent you from getting in better shape. The muscle isolation provided by gym equipment is over-rated anyway unless you are a competitive body builder. Instead, do exercise that is without complication.

  1. Walking or bicycling is great because you start from your house, with very little preparation and no complicated equipment.
  2. Floor exercises are great for core strengthening and as a backup for inclement weather. You need to get rid of excuses for not exercising.
  3. Manage what you are eating, too. If you can lower your weight, it will make exercise easier and more comfortable.
